a bit of London...eh

SCOTTISH EGGS




Thanks to my Mom, (who is still in England) i have discovered a very tasty food. One in fact i would never have thought to make, ever. So thanks Mom..we all loved them. (well not Ben)
The site i found has pictures, [scottish eggs] showing each step nicely how to make Scottish Eggs beautifully. If you are visual-learner like me it is really appreciated. i ended up using a different
recipe [scottish eggs 2] than the one with pictures because of what i had for ingrediants. A very simalar recipe to this is here, just a bit more Canadian style...lol (..be brave, have a laugh.. ) i baked them instead of deep frying, which is traditionally done. But i think i will try to deep fry them sometime. Baked is very good though.




Just a note ...apparently these balls of wonder are not from Scotland...oh well..

yeah they were ..a little meal in one. i can see how it would be nice to take along on a hike/walk, (which i havent as of yet)cus they are so full of protein.
